Lovely hotel with fantastic decor. Exciting fish in the reception area. Paul was eager to facilitate in any way he could and made us feel more than welcome from the begining. Highly recommended and will be going back for a bit longer as 3 days was just not enough.

Fabulous hotel - great location/friendly and helpful staff/great breakfast/exceptionally clean and tidy, adequate sized bedrooms with ensuite shower room/relaxing and warm/excellent facilities and reasonably priced! Also impressed because my friend and I had booked single rooms but on arrival were allocated (upgraded) to a double room each - excellent!

There was a very warm welcome, and all the staff were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom which was also a good size for a single room. The location was within easy walking distance of public transport links, as well as having plenty of parking for those with there own vehicle. My breakfast was of a very good standard too. I booked for a 5 night mini holiday, and wished that i'd booked for longer come the end of my time there. I will surely look to book there again in the near future.
Not quite enough water pressure in the shower at peak times.

The vegetarian breakfast with yoghurts and party food and first class ingredients. Excellent, efficient staff team with a professional manner. Location - perfect short walk to the Piers, rides and the beach as well as Blackpool and surrounding areas. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a steel roller coaster.

The location - quiet but still within easy reach of places we wanted to go/visit. The owners were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. Room very clean (though a little small) & some nice extra touches. Lovely bar area & dining room.

Owner was very professional and obliging - the hotel is particular on food served -Non GM etc -Not the cheapest but obviously stands on it's reputation with no need to advertise their rates.

Friendly, cute staff provided a amazing experience during our 2-night stay. The room was clean and featured lovely decor, complemented by the good Teppanyaki fish for breakfast. The noise from the surroundings was slightly bothersome, and a few amenities felt limited compared to expectations. Despite these minor drawbacks, the central location was nice.

Location quiet but very accessible, good mix of older, young and families throughout with very good facilities. Paul and Richard extremely helpful, friendly and efficient coupled with great staff. Superior room very good and worth the money, enough space to move around and good storage. Room and hotel in general spotless and well maintained.

A Wonderful Family Retreat!
Our stay with the family was good! The hosts ensured we felt welcome from the start. Enjoying breakfast on a sunny patio before heading to the nearby Pleasure Beach was a highlight. Don't miss the short walk to the seafront for fine views!
