Friendly, welcoming staff provided a remarkable experience during our 2-night stay. The room was exceptionally clean and featured lovely decor, complemented by the delightful Teppanyaki fish for breakfast. the noise from the surroundings was slightly bothersome, and a few amenities felt limited compared to expectations. Despite these minor drawbacks, the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, making it an overall pleasant visit.

Our stay with the family was delightful! The hosts ensured we felt welcome from the start. Enjoying breakfast on a sunny patio before heading to the nearby Pleasure Beach was a highlight. Don't miss the short walk to the seafront for stunning views!

Exceptional cleanliness and the attentiveness of Paul and Richard impressed me. After a long day exploring breweries, I found the bar area inviting. One minor setback was the strict breakfast hours. still, the amazing food made it worthwhile.

Had an amazing time with a group of friends! We enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast options and the cleanliness of our room. The location was perfect for visiting the Pleasure Beach. We also played golf at St Annes Old Links—it was a blast. Highly recommend.

The only downside was that I felt a bit worse for wear one morning after a night out, but that didn't really take away from the overall experience. Just be mindful of your nights out!

A lack of onsite parking creates a bit of a hassle, particularly during peak times, as finding street parking nearby can prove challenging. Breakfast hours are quite strict at only one hour, so families with young kids might find it difficult to make the time slot, and some room sizes are on the small side, which may feel cramped with larger luggage.

We had an amazing stay, especially enjoying the lovely garden and cozy bar area. The cozy bar had a great selection of spirits!
